The “forgotten skill” is the listening. It’s an important skill, very essential in & for human communication; but it must be active (active listening), by taking into consideration the stages of listening and listening well.

We have to behave very well through our verbal and non-verbal. Therefore, we avoid stereotypes and prejudices, and we focus on the speaker, in order to understand him as he lives, speaks and feels. And when we want to clarify his point of view, we must be careful not to shock him, and generally knowing how to speak and express our good attitude towards him.
